The majority of property advisories in London are paid by the developer. Their incentive is to close the transaction. CM2 is structured differently — our obligation is to the buyer, and our access to developer pricing comes through authorised buy-side partnerships, not selling agreements.

We work for you — not the developer

Most property advisories in London are paid by the developer. Their fee depends on the transaction completing. CM2 is compensated by the developer for introducing qualified buyers — but our obligation is to you. We will tell you if a property is overpriced. A selling agent will not.

No buyer fees on selected developments

On all Aldar Properties and London Square developments, there are no buyer fees payable by you. CM2 receives an introduction fee from the developer — meaning you receive independent advisory at no cost.

Access, not noise

CM2 does not list every development on the market. We select a curated range of schemes we would recommend to our own capital — Westminster Tower, Wimbledon Bridge House, and a small number of other London Square and Aldar-backed developments.

CM2 is an authorised buy-side partner of Aldar Properties and London Square. This gives our clients direct access to verified pricing, allocation status, and payment structures — not the marketed price, the actual price.
