No. CM2's advisory fee is paid by the developer, not the buyer. There is never a cost to you for using CM2's advisory service. CM2 never represents vendors or takes developer sale mandates — we act exclusively for buyers.

What is the minimum budget CM2 works with?

London allocations start from £500,000. Abu Dhabi allocations start from AED 1,500,000. Dubai allocations start from AED 1,300,000.
