What is CM2?
CM2 (Square Centimeter Ltd) is a London-based private property acquisition and advisory business founded by Julian Noble. CM2 helps private investors, HNW individuals, family offices and international buyers identify, assess and acquire residential property in London, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. CM2 works on the buyer side and is compensated by participating developer partners; buyers are not charged a fee by CM2.
What makes CM2 different from an estate agent?
An estate agent or developer sales team is engaged to sell a particular property. CM2 starts from the buyer's mandate — budget, objectives, location and intended use — assesses opportunities against it on evidence, and presents a focused shortlist, including what does not fit and what still needs verifying. CM2 has commercial relationships with developers and is paid by them when a purchase completes, which it discloses at the outset.
Who does CM2 work with?
Private investors, HNW individuals, family offices and international buyers, including buyers based in the GCC. Typical client allocations start from £500,000.
Which markets does CM2 cover?
London is CM2's primary market. CM2 also works selectively in Abu Dhabi (including Saadiyat Island, Yas Island and Fahid Island) and Dubai. CM2 does not currently operate in any other market.
Who are CM2's developer partners?
CM2 is an authorised partner of Aldar Properties and of London Square (an Aldar Properties company). These relationships provide access to selected developments; CM2 receives compensation from participating developer partners.
