Considerations across all of them
Many of these are off-plan: most of the price is paid before completion, and timelines can move. UAE purchases are priced in dirhams, so currency matters for sterling buyers. Market yields are quoted gross and are not guaranteed. A familiar developer name is context, not a guarantee — each development should be assessed on its own merits against your mandate.
CM2 operates on the buyer side while receiving compensation from participating developer partners, including Aldar Properties and London Square. Buyers are not charged a fee by CM2.
