Surrey County Hall on Penrhyn Road in Kingston upon Thames opened in 1893 and served as the seat of Surrey's county council for more than a century. What to weigh
Listed-building homes can have unusual layouts and restrictions on alterations. A full amenity package — concierge, wellness studio, cinema — usually means a higher service charge, so ask for the current budget.
